AT also uses AI for upscaling and for AI-narrated subtitles on some accessibility-targeted content. None of the three networks publish deepfake content (the technical term being unconsented face-swap of identifiable real people) — this is a clear industry-wide ban as of 2024-2025, with networks responding to public criticism and legal liability concerns.
